During Treatments 

Records cards collect information including name, address, medical history if relevant to treatment and information about treatments given by us. This information is kept strictly confidential, unless there are legal grounds for us to disclose something you may share with us. In this event you will be contacted for your cooperation and permission. I may contact you by phone, text or sms to discuss or remind you of your treatment time. 

How long we retain your data 

Client /patient record cards are kept manually and stored for 7 years after their final appointment, in line with professional body and insurance guidelines and information and not shared with other parties, except in the case of medical referral or when a client/ patient relocates to another area and requests a new practitioner to receive information on treatment history. (If guidelines for storage change, then we reserve the rights to keep records in line with any changes identified by professional body or insurance company) 

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties  

If you believe that any information being held on you is incorrect or incomplete, please send an email to us as soon as possible – the email address is under contact tab at the top of the website page and may also be found at the bottom of the website. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
